Daryl was incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and quick to respond. She helped us find a perfect apartment in only one day, a nearly impossible task in Chicago. We would have been left out of luck without her knowledge of Chicago, connection to homes all across the city, understanding of the various rules and regulations, and friendly support. She will be the first person I call when I look to move again!

Daryl was great in helping my mom find a condo in Evanston. As our buyer's agent, she was responsive and made us feel that she had our interest at heart. She would challenge the nonsense excuses the seller's agent would provide and advocated on our behalf.

Our experience with Daryl was fantastic! We were first time home buyers and she was very informative, patient, and non-judgemental throughout the entire process. Daryl helped us sell our first home and close on our second home all at the same time, which can be stressful, but it was super easy with Daryl helping us along the way. She adds a lovely personal touch to everything and is extremely knowledgeable and will guide you in the right direction every time. You will be lucky to find a better agent than Daryl. She helped us find the perfect investment property in Chicago. Though this was a few years ago, she continues to provide value by offering solutions for local services such as HVAC, plumbing and much, much more. Working with Daryl to find my new apartment was amazing. She is so easy to talk to and really listens to what her client is looking for in a new home! She is professional, honest, responsive, and trustworthy. I was let down by several realtors before I found Daryl’s info online, and by then I was skeptical of the whole process and reluctant to invest more hours touring apartments after having such terrible luck with the previous realtors. However, Daryl was the exact type of person I had been hoping to work with from the very beginning. She made sure she had a solid understanding of the type of apartment and neighborhood I was looking for before taking me to tour apartments. She went out of her way to accommodate me and my busy schedule by touring apartments while Facetiming me. I trusted her judgement so much that I signed the lease without seeing the apartment in person- I had only seen it over Facetime and she told me she thought I would love it. I am now happily living in the cutest neighborhood in Chicago, and my friends and family all compliment me on my amazing apartment and perfect location.

We met Daryl when we were looking to buy a condo in the South Loop. We immediately recognized her thoroughness, knowledge of the area and of the process and her professionalism. She made herself available when it was convenient for us and came to each showing with complete information on the property. Daryl provided great referrals for an inspector and attorney and worked closely with them to insure our interests were well represented. When we decided to buy a second condo, Daryl provided us the same excellent service. After closing, she went the extra step to remind us that our property taxes were due even though we just purchased the unit. We wouldn’t buy a property without Daryl as our agent!

Daryl, was great to deal with. She helped us navigate the City and determine where to buy. Even when our first contract fell through she picked right up and started over. She was always available for a quick viewing, phone call or text, even while on vacation. Very knowledgeable! I can’t recommend her enough!
